The signature restaurant is an unpretentious and uncomplicated restaurant with an imaginative menu of globally-influenced, market-driven comfort cuisine.

Chef’s culinary vision is built around the bounty “of the earth.” From land and sea, the menu embraces each season and reflects the cultural melting pot of the region. Highlights include premium protein cuts, seafood from Florida waters, and inspired brasserie staples. Practices are distinctly 21st century—from selecting the best local produce to maintaining a steadfast commitment to sustainable business practices.

Oceana Coffee Roasters

Established in 2009 by Amy and Scott Angelo, Oceana Coffee Roasters company is one of the original Florida coffee roasters, they roast many single origin coffees from around the world. All of our specialty, fair trade and organic coffees are roasted in small batches at the Oceana Coffee Roasting House and Café in Tequesta Florida.

We obsess over every detail of the process, from sourcing the best coffee beans in the world to perfecting how we roast coffee and to how our fresh coffee is poured, in order to ensure that every cup of coffee is as rich and resonant as it should be. At Oceana Coffee Roasters, we believe that a good cup of coffee is a luxury that everyone can enjoy whether your favorite is Sumatra coffee, Costa Rica coffee or one of our other varieties of whole bean coffee or ground coffee.

Inspired by a healthy dose of 1950s cool, is a full-service pool bar and kitchen serving a smart, freshly prepared menu along with stunning cocktails. Classic cocktails are re-envisioned using modern-day mastery, skill, and innovation, resulting in a unique experience only found at the Deep End. The menu contains elevated approaches to poolside fare and features custom poke bowls—Chef Fabien’s take on the classic, accentuating the freshest catches. Guests of all ages can chill at the frozen tricycle cart with house-made frozen paletas featuring assorted virgin tropical fruits or spirit-infused adult versions.
